Before & After — Exterior Siding Replacement
HLS Project Management LLC removed the aging wood siding, prepared and weather-protected the exterior walls, and installed new horizontal siding for a cleaner, more durable exterior finish.
The before-and-after comparison documents the same elevation of the cabin. The work included siding removal, exterior wall preparation, weather-barrier installation, new siding installation and construction support throughout the renovation.

HLS Project Management LLC is backed by more than 30 years of hands-on construction, excavation, field operations and project coordination experience.
HLS Project Management LLC was established on August 15, 2024, and is led by sole owner-operator Edward William Hokanson III, professionally known as Bill Hokanson.
HLS works directly with property owners, general contractors, builders, developers, property managers, landowners and other construction professionals. Projects outside the primary service area may be considered based on scope, schedule, equipment requirements and overall feasibility.
